FREE CREATIVES Business Plan
A Free space for creatives - open24/7

A problem within the outskirts of creative fields is the access to required technology and software. In many cases those that border on hobbyist/full-time artist lack the access to substantial facilities. The problem becomes a case of finances, time management and availability. With required softwares needing hefty sums of money thrown behind them, those aspiring to create their mediums find a struggle in day to day life to cover costs. Not having a place to resume works instantly takes time out of their ambitions. We want to reduce these factors, helping aspiring artists become part of a community that will benefit their own ambitions and those amongst them.
Free creatives is a centre for the creatives who would like to gather their thoughts, opinions and share them amongst colleagues. The centre will stay open 24/7 benefiting the non-linear lifestyles of creatives. This will allow the community to grow and provide access to those who desperately need help. Amongst the rooms will be classes, held with the help of volunteers - passionate support from those that have years of experience within their chosen genres. The place will run on the support of volunteers.
Based within North London this centre will have excellent transport links to and from each individual's destinations. This provides for us a more diverse market, reaching further than the local neighbourhood. Creative fields are hard places to succeed if the right tools and equipment are not available. Many graduates struggles to quickly transition from uni life to finding their dream career. After graduating the talented creatives would find a safe space to continue their work and succeed in their life ambitions.
We distance ourselves from competitors being available for free access 24/7. There is no other business (at the moment) that provides this amount of time and resources.
We are run on a crowd-sourcing high touch business model, whilst taking donations to improve facilities and aid our community. This would be a software, platform and infrastructure model set up to bring positive results to the foreground and rewards contributors, maintaining excellent facilities for the arts. As we are not ‘selling’ a product in the first degree, a high touch business model benefits the community centre as relationships will be the first point of contact for anyone
involved within the centre. It is important for the creatives to know they can trust us and our facilities, by building that face to face relationship this trust will swing both ways, expanding into a larger networks. By crowd sourcing we are offering the industry a chance to help develop talent and improve the standards of the mediums. What comes into the centre is fed into the maintenance and creation of a personal and relaxing community.
